Join fellow educators from the Colorado Diversity Network of ACIS schools for a morning and/or afternoon of learning with Rosetta Lee, a nationally recognized speaker and workshop facilitator. Many organizations utilize affinity groups to support members of the community, to increase sense of belonging for members of historically marginalized groups, and to improve overall inclusivity.  And yet, affinity groups are often misunderstood and objections can arise.  The morning session is for those who are at the beginning stages of launching student affinity groups. The afternoon session is for those who already have affinity groups at their schools and would like to deepen their facilitation skills and improve the affinity group experience.
