Katie Bradford (she/her/hers)

Denver Academy

An educator with over 20 years experience, Katie Bradford is the Chair of Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and the Dean of the Arts and Media Department at Denver Academy. Katie is committed to making the community a safe and inclusive space for all learners. In recognition of her DEI accomplishments Katie has received Inclusive Leader awards from Diversity IS, GlobalMindED and the Mizel Museum. She was also named Queer Literacy Educator of the Year by CU Boulder and was honored by Denver Academy with Teacher of the Year and Lifetime Achievement (Wings of the Future) awards. Katie is proud to serve as a member of the Colorado Diversity Network Leadership team.

Victoria Fernandez (she/her/hers)

St. Mary’s Academy

Victoria Fernandez is part of the St. Mary's Academy Middle School as a Learning Specialist and DEI Coordinator. She joined the CDN Leadership team in August 2022 and is excited about this growth opportunity. While her identity prompted conversations about diversity and inclusion from an early age, the fire was lit back in 2008 when she attended SDLC - Student Diversity Leadership Conference - and heard Dr. Rodney Glasgow's keynote. Since then, Victoria has engaged in diversity and inclusion work through personal identity work, internships, conferences, workshops, and graduate coursework.

Randi Reinhold (he/him/his; they/them/theirs)

Stanley British Primary School

Randi Reinhold is a progressive educator and diversity practitioner who hails from New York City. He has been supporting young people ages 4 - 15 in various capacities for nearly two decades as a summer camp counselor, after school teacher, classroom teacher, and learning support teacher, and has served in administrative roles including After School Program Coordinator and Coordinator of Equity and Inclusion. He is excited to step into the role of Extended Day Director at Stanley British Primary School this fall, where he has been a long-term substitute teacher and DEI team leader since 2018.

Joo Ree Chu (she/her/hers)

Montessori School of Denver

Joo Ree Chu is the Director of Student Support for the Montessori School of Denver. She holds an Ed.S. in Leadership for Educational Organizations from the University of Colorado, Denver, an Ed.S. in School Psychological Services from the University of Minnesota, and a B.A. in Psychology from Carleton College. Prior to joining MSD in 2017, Joo Ree worked as a school psychologist for public schools in the Twin Cities area for five years. Joo Ree has been overseeing MSD’s school-wide work to support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging for all members of the school community since 2018. She has served on the CDN Executive Team since 2018.

Marissa McCullough (she/her/hers)

Montessori School of Denver

This is Marissa's second year on the CDN leadership team and she enjoys collaborating, building connections and constantly learning with fellow educators. She comes from an elementary teaching background, has an M.A. in Education and Human Development and now works as a diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) consultant for the Montessori School of Denver and other organizations. Marissa (she/her) was born and raised in Colorado and identifies as biracial. She loves being in nature and learning about cultures through food and travel.
