Our Executive Team
Alice Porter (she/her/hers)
Alice is excited to join the leadership team this year, bringing her passion for equity, diversity, belonging, and inclusion to the forefront. Growing up on her family’s farm in Lyons, Colorado, she developed a deep appreciation for nature, storytelling, and community. With a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Colorado, Alice spent ten years in various roles at Denver Public Schools, including paraprofessional and lead classroom teacher in Title I schools. Now in her third year as a unit trip teacher at The Logan School for Creative Learning, she connects K-8th grade students with real-world experiences based on their unit of study. Additionally, she co-chairs the DEIB committee and coordinates the school’s before and after school program. Motivated to contribute her skills in event logistics and creativity to the CDN Executive Leadership Team, Alice believes in the power of intentional community-building to nurture lasting connections.
Marissa McCullough (she/her/hers)
This is Marissa's third year on the CDN leadership team and she enjoys collaborating, building connections and constantly learning with fellow educators. She comes from an elementary teaching background, has an M.A. in Education and Human Development and now works as a diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) consultant for the Montessori School of Denver and other organizations. Marissa (she/her) was born and raised in Colorado and identifies as biracial. She loves being in nature and learning about cultures through food and travel.
Shareena Mundodi
Shareena Mundodi is the Director of Equity & Community Engagement at Kent Denver School. Prior to joining the Kent community in 2022, Shareena served as the Director of Community Life at Charlotte Preparatory School in North Carolina. Ms. Mundodi also has a wealth of international experience and intercultural competency building, having lived and worked in Bangalore, India; Santiago, Chile; Campinas, Brazil; and Nanjing and Shanghai, China, where she held positions in public affairs, communications, editing, and program development. Ms. Mundodi was a presenter at TEDx in Nanjing and served as a volunteer and consultant for Nanjing International School and Shanghai Community International School.
She holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois, an M.A. in International Affairs from American University, and an M.A. in Communications from Johns Hopkins University.
Randi Reinhold (he/him/his; they/them/theirs)
Stanley British Primary School
Randi Reinhold is a progressive educator and diversity practitioner who hails from New York City. He has been supporting young people ages 4 - 15 in various capacities for nearly two decades as a summer camp counselor, after school teacher, classroom teacher, and learning support teacher, and has served in administrative roles including After School Program Coordinator and Coordinator of Equity and Inclusion. He is excited to step into the role of Extended Day Director at Stanley British Primary School this fall, where he has been a long-term substitute teacher and DEI team leader since 2018.
Miriah Royal (she/her/hers)
Miriah Royal has always been deeply committed to fostering inclusive communities, tracing her dedication back to her pre-professional days. Driven by a belief that social justice is a collective effort, she channels her passion through service, collaboration, and intentional programming. As the Director of Community Belonging & Engagement at St. Anne's Episcopal School, Miriah continues to build on her experience from her previous roles in and outside independent schools.
Miriah's dedication to social justice extends beyond her professional life. She volunteers as a faculty member of the S.T.A.M.P conference, serves as the founder of Emboldened Ventures, a consulting company dedicated to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion for the outdoor industry, and actively contributes as a Board member of the Museum of Food and Culture.
