During the session, Joel will lead a discussion on how gender is showing up in the work we are already doing at our schools which will be followed by a deep dive into gender literacy, language, concepts and perspectives about the diversity of gender and how it is unfolding for today's youth. Participants will then apply that lens to practice through a "Perspective to Practice" workshop. The remaining hour will be dedicated to answering questions posed through registration and questions that come up in the morning.
